Workshops and Mentoring
We have found it is often the case that managers have been promoted into their position without the benefit from sound people management training, or with little understanding of policies and procedures they should be following. This doesn’t need to become an issue for the wider workforce. We offer one-on-one mentoring sessions for managers to help develop their communication skills, manage expectations of being a manager, and talk them through the key HR processes they will be involved in.
