Outsourcing HR can offer several benefits for businesses of all sizes:
Cost savings: Outsourcing HR can often be more cost-effective than maintaining an in-house HR department. By outsourcing, you can avoid the expenses associated with hiring full-time HR staff, such as salaries, benefits, and training costs.
Expertise and compliance: We specialise in human resources management, ensuring that your company stays up-to-date with the latest employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Our expertise helps minimise the risk of compliance issues.
Focus on business operations: Outsourcing HR tasks allows your internal team to focus on core business activities and strategic initiatives. This can lead to increased productivity and efficiency within your company.
Scalability: As your business grows or experiences fluctuations in staffing needs, an outsourced HR provider can easily scale their services to meet your requirements. Whether you need assistance with recruitment, onboarding, or employee relations, outsourcing offers flexibility to adapt to your changing needs.
Access to technology: We have access to, and provide advanced HR technology and software systems that may be more costly for smaller businesses to implement on their own. These tools can streamline HR processes, improve data management, and enhance employee experiences.
Reduced administrative burden: Handling HR tasks can be time-consuming and administratively complex. Outsourcing HR allows you to offload these responsibilities to professionals who can efficiently manage them, freeing up your time and resources for other business priorities.
In summary, by outsourcing HR, you can gain access to specialised expertise, improve compliance, and streamline HR processes while focusing on their core objectives and reducing costs.

The cost of employment law and HR support can vary depending on two main factors; how many employees you have, and the scope of services needed.
The majority of our clients are on monthly retainer agreements, where they pay a fixed fee each month for access to a certain level of HR support. Retainer agreements provide a predictable cost structure and normally include a set number of hours/days support each month.
For specific projects, such as conducting training sessions, or handling legal disputes, we will normaly offer a flat fee.
For ad hoc support, we may charge by the hour, or day for our services. The hourly rate will depend on the expertise of the consultant, and the complexity of the issue being addressed.
Please get in touch to discuss the level of support you require, and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.

At Human Results, we understand the importance of ensuring that your HR practices are legally compliant to mitigate risks and foster a fair and inclusive workplace environment. That's why we offer free HR health checks to assess the compliance of your HR policies, procedures, and practices.
Our HR health checks involve a comprehensive review of your organisation's HR documentation, including employee handbooks, job descriptions, employment contracts, and record-keeping practices. We also evaluate your hiring, onboarding, promotion, and termination processes to ensure they align with anti-discrimination laws, wage and hour regulations, and other relevant statutes.
We can then identify any areas that may need improvement. Our experienced consultants will provide actionable recommendations to help you address any compliance gaps and minimise legal risks.
For our retained clients, we offer additional benefits such as employment protection insurance. This insurance provides coverage in the event of employment-related claims, offering peace of mind and financial protection.
