Case Studies
Take a look at some real-life examples of our positive client outcomes.
The Client
The client is a leading West Midlands based charity that provides a variety of front-line services to the Local Authority.
Human Results were approached during a particularly difficult economic period to provide a root and branch review of the organisational design, structure, cost base and human resource.
The Project
Following a deep and broad review and analysis of the organisational structure, which included interviews with top-level staff, stakeholders, departmental heads, and trustees; our team devised workable solutions to leverage six-figure savings against the annual budget, which significantly reduced the cost-base without affecting frontline services.
The Solution
Human Results was able to provide the charity with the expertise by way of independent review and implementation, alongside law and best practice to guide this client through the practical aspects of a significant period of change, including restructure and redundancy. Through the provision of a sustainable and leaner cost base, the charity is now in a better position to handle change over the next five years.
The Client
In 2015, Twyford Bathrooms were acquired by the Geberit Group. This acquisition led to a situation where outplacement became necessary for approximately 40 staff, with the planned closure of the company’s corporate head office in Alsager, Staffordshire, in the Spring of 2016.
The Project
Human Results were approached to competitively tender for the supply of outplacement services to support the first stage of career transition. On being awarded the contract, Human Results worked with the Twyford’s HR team to plan the phased delivery of the project over a period of six months.
As part of the live delivery programme, our team of expert career coaches facilitated on-site 1:1 ‘drop in’ style support to help employees to understand their career options and the challenges that they may face during their career transition.
Human Results also facilitated master-class workshops to cover the topics of new employment, self-employment and active retirement, as well as a jobs fair day that was supported by local employers and recruiters. All staff received practical, hands-on advice in the preparation of CVs, applications and digital personal branding.
The Solution
Together with the one-to-one and group support, every individual member of staff was provided with a personal login to a fully interactive and cutting-edge cloud-based career portal with access to up-to-the-minute advice and guidance from some of the UKs top employers. This led to a more confident workforce, armed with skills and information to support the move to the next phase of their careers.
