Following a career that spans more than 20 years’ PQE as a practicing Solicitor, specialising in employment law, Alasdair relishes finding practical and commercial solutions for the most challenging employee relations issues or complex transactions.
Alasdair joined Human Results as Managing Director, from leading Midlands Law firm, FBC Manby Bowdler, where he was a Partner and Head of the Employment Department. Alasdair believes that in an increasingly competitive and globalised marketplace, clients need the support of a full-service HR consultancy.
With a Post-Graduate Diploma in European Management and European Law, and as a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, Alasdair is recommended in the Legal 500 Directory for providing “practical and timely advice”, and his impressive client list incorporates many local and national businesses.
Jo’s primary role includes the drafting of employment contracts and company handbooks, expert minute taking, chairing formal hearings, and overhauling necessary policies and procedures to help our clients fully realise the advantages of the HR support services on offer at Human Results.
Jo also supports our Head of Organisational Development Janine Hayter, with project management of our extensive outplacement projects, which help to guide at-risk employees through redundancy and career transition, through the provision of specialist advice.
Prior to joining Human Results in January 2016, Jo’s career spans 25 years at Shropshire solicitors firm, FBC Manby Bowdler, where for the last decade she was engaged as Employment Department Co-ordinator.

Janine focuses on providing bespoke organisational development support for businesses to meet their corporate strategy. Her work has focused on not-for-profit organisations in recent years where her knowledge has enabled organisations working under ever tighter financial constraints to be able to work more effectively, review internal process effectiveness, and reduce costs – future-proofing the organisation.
Janine’s specific expertise is in organisational development and talent management strategies, leadership development programmes and coaching aimed at senior management, helping organisations to achieve their overall business strategy and goals. Janine also specialises in tailoring development programmes to support change management within organisations.
Janine has worked as Global Head of Organisational Development at Siemens, Head of Leadership Development at BAA, Energis and Prudential. Her experience in working across cultures in developing bespoke development solutions to achieve business goals is extensive.
Libby is a skilled content writer, digital marketer and qualified personal branding specialist. She utilises her combined skills to lead the content for the Human Results website, blog and other marketing activity.
Libby has over a decade of experience as an executive bio writer and LinkedIn specialist. Throughout her career, Libby has worked with top-tier leaders and serial entrepreneurs from around the world and has authored countless articles on all aspects of career enhancement, published by national newspapers, industry-leading websites and trade magazines. Her expertise in this field is hugely beneficial to our executive outplacement clients.
It was Linda’s vision to provide a truly bespoke, full-service human resources consultancy, where the consultants work with clients to develop a versatile HR infrastructure with the strength to cope with current requirements and profitable growth. It was this vision that led to the creation of Human Results in 2004.
Linda has over 20 years’ experience as a Human Resource practitioner, having worked for the last decade as a Consultant to a wide variety of organisations, including private, not-for-profit and public sector. Linda has been awarded Fellowship status of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
As a senior consultant at Human Results, Linda provides a range of professional consultancy services and developed a significant reputation for the delivery of practical and cost-effective HR solutions, matched directly to our clients’ needs.
Linda is co-author of the Policy Network’s legally compliant, model personnel policies and procedures, and is a requested speaker at various branch meetings and regional conferences of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Neil is a human and cultural psychologist and a behavior consultant to Human Results. He enjoys digging under the surface to uncover the unconscious drivers of human behavior, using a toolkit of implicit research approaches.
Neil has worked all around the world and is currently based in Singapore where he founded TapestryWorks. He has worked within large multinationals such as Cadbury Schweppes as well as a consultant and researcher to other companies.
Neil has a doctorate in psychology from Reading University and more than 25 years of experience in decoding people and culture (including company culture) for a range of local and global companies, including Facebook, P&G, Standard Chartered Bank and Visa.
Neil writes regularly on psychology, design and culture. He loves travelling, reading (especially detective novels) and sharing ideas.
Emelye joined the Human Results team in May 2016 to aid delivery of the Human Results Toolbox. She worked closely with the development teams at DocLogix to develop the system and is now working alongside and supporting our customers with implementation.
Emelye has worked in the online applications industry for over 11 years and has spent much of that time as an applications developer. With a wealth of knowledge, Emelye is passionate about ensuring the best user experience for customers, and she is driven by a desire to solve business problems through the use of the Human Results Toolbox.
Mary has been a trusted, strategic partner to multiple global banks, trading houses and hedge funds over 20 years. Working on worldwide mandates for market leaders and innovators in the financial sector, she excels at delivering talent mapping and resourcing for senior mandates partnering with board members and heads of division, with extensive demonstrable experience at successful procurement and tendering for employers.
Her extensive search and research experience coupled with unparalleled relationship building/management skills make her a credible business partner.
Mary is currently studying for CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Management, with particular areas of interest in enhancing employee engagement and employee value proposition (EVP), employment law and performance.
Bringing her skills and strengths, Mary has joined to support the evolving team at Human Results, evaluating your business to understand what human capital support is needed at every stage of the employee lifecycle and deliver bespoke solutions.
Sue is a highly motivated and experienced HR Director who has a strong track record of working with companies in the Technology and Telecom sectors, across multi-site locations (both UK and International).
With a proven record of setting HR strategy, Sue builds effective HR teams and implements change with companies undergoing substantial growth and/or transformation. Sue is a creative problem solver and has managed significant headcount growth, setting HR strategy and delivery and establishing HR as an effective member of senior leadership teams.
