It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and we’re launching a new partnership to help you offer your employees the best mental health training.

A new partnership: introducing Headucate.me

Managing short term, intermittent and long term sickness absence continues to be a regular theme for us at Human Results and with the added pressures and complexities that have arisen as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have seen a big rise in stress, anxiety and depression over a wide variety of industries.

Due to the scale of the problem, we’ve partnered with a leading mental wellness education platform, Headucate.me to help our clients.

Headucate.me are different to other mental health providers, unlike the rest they offer a proactive solution. They don’t just give life hacks and share a yoga video or two, their trained psychotherapists educate employees on how to look after their mental wellness. They create bespoke solutions unique to your workplace and provide an online platform for employees to develop an understanding and self-awareness of who they really are. Even organisations that have EAPs and mental health first aiders onboard, find Headucate.me are the ‘missing piece’ in their wellbeing jigsaw.

They nurture and inform. Staff members benefit from becoming self-empowered, more resilient, gain emotional agility and develop their self-esteem to gain a life vision and purpose. Once an employee has been through the training programme they will have all the skills to cope with whatever life may throw at them.

Don’t just take our word for it

A recent survey revealed that following just one workshop:

97% employees believe it’s possible to be more in charge of their own mental health!

70% of staff members wanted to take part in an online self-development programme.

90% employees say they view mental health very differently.
